Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver care to adult and geriatric patients at skilled nursing facilities nationwide. You will join a diverse team of clinicians and support staff focused on quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, establishing plans of care, documenting progress notes and discharge summaries, and traveling to nearby centers as needed. The ideal candidate holds a valid state PT license and has SNF or acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Valid State PT License and Credentials.
• SNF and/or Acute care experience.
