Job summary

Bridgeview Center in Florida is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. You will assess patients, diagnose movement patterns, and develop personalized treatment plans to reduce pain and improve mobility.

You will educate patients and families on the recovery process, set clear goals, and collaborate with a compassionate multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida Physical Therapy license.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ medical histories and current physical conditions

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs

• Establish clear goals and expected outcomes for each treatment plan

• Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries

• Educate patients and families on the recovery process and self‑care techniques

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Education & Licensure

• Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
