Job summary

VNA Cattaraugus seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for home care in Olean, NY. You will plan, implement, render and evaluate PT services in the home care setting using approved assessment and therapeutic modalities, under NYS scope of practice. Requires NYS licensure, Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, valid NYS driver’s license, and at least 1 year of PT experience.

Standard hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm with on-site work, including weekend/holiday coverage and on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and NYS licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid NYS driver’s license is required.
• One year of physical therapy experience preferred.
