Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy and rehabilitation services.
• Treat patients with TBI, concussion-related symptoms, vestibular dysfunction, balance impairments, and MSK conditions.
• Develop and implement customized exercise and rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with neurologists, nurse practitioners, speech therapists, and other clinical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and recovery expectations.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
