Centurion Physical Therapy in New York is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team, initially part-time with potential for full-time. You will evaluate and treat diverse patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and post-surgical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans and educating patients on home exercises.
The ideal candidate has NY state licensure, 3+ years of experience, strong manual therapy skills, and excellent communication.

You will evaluate and treat a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions. Our therapists are encouraged to use their clinical expertise and judgment to provide thoughtful, individualized care while continually progressing treatment based on each patient’s response and goals.
Responsibilities include patient evaluation and treatment, development and progression of plans of care, patient education and home exercise prescription, timely clinical documentation, and communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
Schedule: Part-time to start, with potential to transition to full-time
Experience: Minimum 3 years required
