Protouch Staffing in Sussex, NJ is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join an established outpatient physical therapy practice.

This full-time position welcomes both new graduates and experienced therapists who enjoy hands-on care and aim to improve patients' recovery and quality of life. Mentorship is available for new graduates.

You will evaluate, design treatment plans, provide interventions, and educate on home exercise programs while collaborating with a clinical team.

Qualificações

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and established goals.
• Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and other appropriate treatment techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies for maintaining long-term results.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide a positive, professional, and welcoming patient experience.
• Develop strong therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
