Department: Physical Therapy Outpatient

Schedule: Day/Evening, 8 hour shift, Mon-Fri

Facility: CMME Orthopedics

Location: Auburn, ME 04210

Sign-on Bonus: up to $10,000!

Position Highlights

  • Practice hours, Weekdays, 7 to 5:30.
  • Individualized patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medically prescribed physical therapy services to evaluate, treat, and restore function while improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing disability.
  • Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practices.
  • Perform patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation and functional improvement.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals.
  • Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory, licensing, and patient safety standards.
Qualifications
  • One of the following degrees: Bachelor, Master, Doctorate, or Certificate in Physical Therapy.
  • Current state Physical Therapy license.
  • Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
