Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Naples seeks a skilled Physical Therapist to deliver direct inpatient care, assess patients, and develop individualized treatment plans within our state-of-the-art therapy gym.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, and adjust plans to promote optimal recovery while upholding our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients needing physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans.
