Job summary

This full-time role offers autonomy and a supportive team environment. Qualified candidates hold a Florida PT license, have 1+ year of experience (home health preferred), and a valid Florida driver’s license with active vehicle

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Current Florida PT license.
• 1+ year of experience required; Home Health experience preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license and active vehicle insurance.
