Canyon County of Cascadia in Idaho seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain for residents and patients in a long-term care setting. You will assess needs, develop and modify treatment plans, educate patients and families, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctorate in Physical Therapy and current licensure in Idaho, plus CPR certification.
Position Summary:
A physical therapist provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of residents/patients suffering from injuries or disease.
Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed.
Current CPR certification.
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
