Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Mullica Hill, NJ is hiring a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $80,000-$95,000 annually, based on experience.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends. The position supports growth across our orthopedic centers, with mentorship, a generous CEU program, PTO, health benefits, and a company-matching 401(k).

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required training and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient $10K Sign on Bonus!

Location: Mullica Hill, NJ

Compensation:Salary range $80,000-$95,000 annually based on your experience.

Incentives: $10,000 Sign on Bonus, plus $350 per month in student loan assistance
