Role Description

This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Morrisville, PA. The Physical Therapist will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and balance-related conditions. Daily responsibilities include providing direct patient care, progressing rehabilitation programs, documenting clinical findings, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes. The role also involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies, while supporting FYZICAL’s culture of connection, safety, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Clinical expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to assess, plan, and implement effective treatment programs.
• Strong Patient Care skills, including compassionate communication, functional assessment, and outcome-focused treatment.
• Ability to coordinate Medicine-related aspects of care, collaborating with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania.
• Experience or strong interest in balance, vestibular, and neurologic rehabilitation is highly beneficial.
• Effective interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team-based environment, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Basic proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation standards.
