RehabVisions, a rehab therapy provider, invites a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Monticello, MN. The role is in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting with a pay rate of $40–$45 per hour, DOE. New grads are welcome and hours projected at 30/week or more, with part-time considered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (B.A./B.S. or higher) and state licensure eligibility.

• Communicate with patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists.

Physical Therapist Job Requirements:

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master’s degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
• Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure
