Huntington Beach Therapy Specialist is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Mission Viejo. The base salary can reach up to $94,000, with an uncapped Clinical Incentive Bonus Program and company-paid health, life, and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy care.
• Collaborate with clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
• Lead and mentor team members when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and scheduling.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

Work Environment:

• Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
• Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
• Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
