Available PT Shifts:

• Full Time: 25 visits per week M-F
• Part Time: 18 visits per week M-F
• Per Diem: 5 visits per week M-F
  
  
  

Early Intervention PT Responsibilities Include:

• Work closely with families using coaching model.
• Support developmental outcomes.
• Uses electronic documentation system for each visit.
• Complete weekly home visits
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Early Intervention or Pediatric experience required
• License active and in good standing. If you do not have a Delaware license, we are available to provide assistance in obtaining one, if necessary.
  
  
  

Pay: Up to $75 per visit
