About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) to join our established outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Keystone Heights, FL. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population in a therapist-led, patient-centered practice.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports rehab patients
• Treat a diverse caseload using evidence-based interventions and strong clinical reasoning
• Additional specialties a plus: pelvic health, lymphedema management
• Dry Needling (DN) certification is a bonus
• Collaborate with a supportive, therapist-driven team
• Enjoy a full-time schedule with no weekends required

Qualifications

• Current Florida Physical Therapy License (PT/DPT)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills
• Experience in outpatient PT preferred, but new graduates are welcome — mentorship and training provided
