Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist who wants to practice physical therapy the way they imagined they would when they first entered the profession.

This is an on-site outpatient position in Brevard County / the Greater Melbourne Area.

You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, provide skilled hands-on and exercise-based treatment, educate patients, progress functional rehabilitation, and help people return to meaningful activities.

But equally important: we want you to think.

We want clinicians who are curious about why someone hurts, who enjoy solving difficult problems, who communicate with their patients, and who understand that excellent physical therapy isn't simply moving someone through a list of exercises.

You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with other PTs, PTAs, OTs, referring providers, and members of the patient’s healthcare team while maintaining the clinical autonomy expected of a licensed professional.

We want our therapists spending their energy on patients—not paperwork. Align uses AI-assisted clinical documentation to help reduce documentation burden and allow clinicians to spend more of their day doing what they became physical therapists to do.
