OrthoVirginia is seeking energized Physical Therapists to join our McLean Tysons team in a full-time outpatient setting. We value collaboration and patient-centered care, welcoming new graduates as well as experienced therapists.

You'll evaluate, plan and guide therapy programs, coordinate with physicians and staff, and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

  • BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Physical Therapy license and CPR certification required.
  • Orthopedic experience preferred; all levels welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with goals.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and post-surgical protocols.
  • Educate patients on recovery expectations and progress.
  • Collaborate with physicians, assistants and technicians for seamless care.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate patient records.
