Job summary

Essential Therapy Solutions, LLC in Arizona is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized therapy services in clients' homes and community settings. You will develop treatment plans, apply evidence-based interventions, and coordinate with families and other professionals to support daily living skills.

The role requires patient-centered communication, ability to travel, and adherence to ethical standards; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with applicable state licensure.
• Clear background check and Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to enhance patients’ daily living skills.
• Educate patients and their families on coping strategies and assistive devices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Advocate for patient needs in various settings such as schools or workplaces.
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in physical therapy.

Essential Therapy Solutions started in 2007 in response to the overwhelming number of families in our Arizona community requiring services. We obtained school contracts as well as becoming a Qualified Vendor with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We also contracted with other agencies holding Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) contracts to deliver services to the birth to 3 population.

Qualifications:

• Meet all prescribed professional requirements and rules of professional conduct as an Physical Therapist including certifications and/or licensures
• Must be able to complete a successful background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus, but not required
