Responsibilities

• Title: Physical Therapist
• Location/work environment: In‑facility
• Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab
• Assess patient needs, develop individualized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence.
• Collaborate with peers and refer patients to additional care as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• U.S. equivalent evaluation for degrees earned outside the U.S.

Salary Range

USD $30.00 – $38.00 per hour.
