This PRN role focuses on delivering patient-centered care to higher-functioning residents in assisted living and outpatient settings, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Ohio.
• Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents Monday to Friday in on-site outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Market the clinic and manage your own scheduling and caseload when needed.

Qualifications
