Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Texas. You will deliver direct patient care, supervise treatments, and develop personalized recovery plans to support patients’ physical recovery and functional goals.

You will build strong patient relationships, assess progress, address concerns, and celebrate milestones while collaborating with the care team and contributing to a compassionate, high-quality care culture.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus relevant experience
