Select Physical Therapy – Lovettsville is hiring a Physical Therapist for the outpatient clinic. This full-time role offers a collaborative environment with a diverse caseload across orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, concussion, and sports medicine.

Compensation ranges from $84,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a student loan payment program ($350/month).

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Understand state practice acts and the laws governing physical therapists and supervision.
• Complete and maintain all required training and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate, treat, and document PT needs for patients in need of therapy.
• Maintain open communication with coworkers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

Responsibilities

• Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.


• Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.


• Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.


• Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.


• Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
