Job summary

Benchmark Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is hiring for outpatient orthopedics in Kentucky. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with competitive pay, mentorship, and clear growth paths.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
