Job summary

Hollywood Premier seeks a compassionate clinician to evaluate and treat residents, documenting services in the medical record and leading ongoing training in restorative techniques.

You will supervise therapist assistants and therapy students while upholding state practice acts and reimbursement regulations, ensuring dignity, respect, and high-quality care for every resident.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

POSITION SUMMARY

Evaluates and treats patients and communicates with patients, clients, and team members. Maintains documentation of services in the medical record. Conducts in‑services and training for patients, clients, and team members on an ongoing basis in restorative techniques.
