Panorama Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation in Panorama City, CA, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an in-house rehab program. We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus and visa sponsorship (Green Card, TN, H1B, E3, etc.) with pay at $50–$60/hour based on experience.

Open to PTs at all experience levels; license required. Our facility provides comprehensive benefits and a stable team for geriatric care. Candidates must have strong communication and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of current or recent therapy experience.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Panorama Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation in Panorama City, CA, is a skilled nursing facility with long term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities:
