We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is growth-oriented and wanting to be a part of a growing clinic system!

O'Mally Management Group has a healthcare client that has multiple direct-hire opportunities in Longview, TX. Our client is a NEW multidisciplinary clinic system focused on providing the best health care experience for those in need and developing relationships throughout the community.

The clinic offers a complete and well-rounded soft tissue and rehabilitation program that combines physical therapy with chiropractic. The clinic provides therapies for participating medical, chiropractic, extremity orthopedic, spine, pain management, and other specialties, allowing for an immediate, constant, and diversified flow of new and existing patients.

We are looking for driven therapists who take pride in providing top-tier patient care and favorable outcomes. The practice works as a multidisciplinary team to provide the best orthopedic care to our patients and community. Our clinic will see a healthy mix of pre- & post-operative care, acute injury, and occasionally those with more chronic pain and dysfunction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:

• Candidate must have knowledge of active and passive rehabilitation procedures to direct the patient(s) through the appropriate treatment plan.
• Candidate must be able to produce an appropriate treatment plan based on patient needs.
• Perform appropriate musculoskeletal evaluations.
• Ability to consult, recognize, and refer patient(s) to the appropriate health care practitioner if/when needed.
• Be a leader to other team members and the community.

Competency Requirements for the Physical Therapist:

• Candidates must be able to follow the plan of care and direction of the PT, PTA, & Chiropractor.
• Candidate must act in accordance with moral and ethical standards of the clinic.
• Candidate must provide attentive care to patients under the direction of licensed providers in the clinic.

Education/Experience:

Current or pending state licensure.

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

State licensure.

Drive to pursue personal and professional goals.

Hours of Operation:

Full-time position with hours of operation: Monday - Friday.

Compensation:

The Physical Therapist is a salary position plus incentives. The salary rate is based on experience but can start with a range of approximately $78,000 to $92,000 Annually. There will be the ability to have the financial outlook grow to a salaried position based on performance. Benefits are accessible with this position.

Work Location/Environment:

We are looking for a Physical Therapist at our Longview location. This position is onsite.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to carry and lift weights based on prescribed exercises of patients. This can be up to 50+ lbs.
• Learn, perform, and demonstrate passive therapies with confidence and knowledge.
• Learn, perform, and demonstrate active therapies with confidence and knowledge.
• Standing and sitting throughout the day.
