Job summary

AgeRight Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join Vienna Nursing and Rehab Center. You will deliver person-centered care, craft customized treatment plans based on clinical data, and use AgeRight’s evidence-based programs to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program with the appropriate degree.
• Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Physical Therapy
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred
