Job summary

Olympia Fields Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services on a temporary contract basis. The role involves delivering medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic care to help restore function and prevent disability across musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary conditions.

The PT will perform responsibilities in line with hospital policy and applicable licensing standards, ensuring high-quality care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative and therapeutic services to restore function in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.
• Performs duties in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities:

Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.
