• Graduate of a DPT or equivalent Physical Therapy program.

Salary & Incentives

Base Salary : $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

Total compensation potential : $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Job Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to identify impairments

Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress reports

Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
