NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care in Lititz, PA. This full-time role offers a $10K sign-on bonus and a salary range of $78,000–$95,000 based on experience.

You will evaluate, treat, and document patient progress, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support diverse patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. Our program emphasizes growth through mentorship and advanced clinical certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.

Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient $10K Sign on Bonus!

Location: Lititz, PA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday. No Weekends!

Compensation:Salary range $78,000-$95,000 annually based on your experience.

Incentives: $10,000 Sign on Bonus, plus $350 per month in student loan assistance

Unique Location/Job Details: Multiple therapist outpatient orthopedic center with 3 PTs, 1 PTA and front desk. Sees a diverse patient mix from pediatrics to geriatrics.
