Peak Physical Therapy in Lindale, TX, is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead a team of clinicians and drive top-quality patient care. You will mentor staff, implement evidence-based treatment plans, and manage clinic operations with a focus on growth and exceptional outcomes.

The role offers leadership development, residency/fellowship opportunities, and a path toward ownership or partnership as part of Upstream Rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
