Job summary

Responsibilities include assessing and treating patients, completing documentation, developing programs, and communicating with patients, families, physicians, and staff. Requires PT degree and state licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/DPT in Physical Therapy from an approved program.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure.
