FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Lilburn is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our growing team for the upcoming Lilburn location. The role focuses on orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation with one-on-one patient care.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, professional development, and performance bonuses. The clinic emphasizes independent practice within a collaborative team and provides private treatment rooms and healthcare stipend.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current Georgia PT license or license eligibility.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest or experience in orthopedic and/or vestibular rehabilitation.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• New graduates with a strong interest in orthopedics or vestibular rehabilitation are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and vestibular conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one patient care and evidence-based treatment.
• Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Utilize vestibular rehabilitation techniques and specialized treatment approaches as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic staff.

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers iscoming soon to Lilburn, GA, and we are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our growing team.

Our clinic will focus primarily onorthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation, providing individualized, one-on-one care in a supportive clinical environment. We are seeking a clinician who enjoys helping patients achieve meaningful results and is interested in growing with a new practice.
