Job summary

ERP International, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time position at the Naval Health Clinic Lemoore, CA. The role involves providing comprehensive PT services, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with the medical team.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate with full benefits, paid time off, and CME support. Schedule is Monday–Friday with standard business hours, no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in physical therapy (or Baccalaureate in physical therapy for those graduates before Jan 1, 2002).
• Minimum 2 years of experience within the past 3 years and meeting clinical competency requirements.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice in any state.
• BLS Life Support certification.
• Must pass government background check and obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of physical therapist services within the scope of clinical privileges granted by the MTF.
• Plan and prepare written treatment programs after evaluating the patient.
• Administer manual exercises to improve and maintain function.
• Instruct, motivate, and assist patients in performing various physical activities and use of assistive devices.
• Administer soft tissue mobilization and traction to relieve pain.
• Record treatment, response, and progress in charts or systems.
• Coordinate treatment with physicians and staff and contact referring physicians as needed.
• Engage in prevention, wellness education, screening, and promotion of healthy behaviors.

Job Specific Position Duties: The duties include, but are not limited to the following:

CORE Duties:

• Perform a full range of physical therapist services in accordance with the scope of clinical privileges granted by the MTF.
• Plan and prepare written treatment programs based on an evaluation of the patient.
• Administer manual exercises to improve and maintain function.
• Instruct, motivate, and assist patients in performing various physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, daily-living activities, and in use of assistive and supportive devices, such as crutches, canes, and prostheses.
• Administer soft tissue mobilization, applying knowledge of mobilization techniques and body physiology.
• Administer traction to relieve pain, using traction equipment.
• Record treatment, response, and progress in patient's chart and/or automated systems.
• Coordinate treatment with physician and other staff members to obtain additional patient information, suggest revisions in treatment program and integrate physical therapy treatment with other aspects of the patient's health care. Contact referring physicians regarding patient care concerns, as required.
• Perform prevention and wellness activities, education, screening, and promote positive health behaviors.

In addition to the duties listed in the basic contract, the following additional or supplemental duties are required for HCWs on this TO. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in physical therapy or Baccalaureate degree in physical therapy for graduates prior to January 1, 2002
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience, within the past 3 years, and as required to meet clinical competency requirements
• License: Active, unrestricted license to practice in any state
• Board Certification: N/A
• Life Support Certifications: BLS
• Security: Must be able to pass a Government background check and obtain a Government security clearance.

Pay Scale: $60.00/hr to $71.00/hr, to be determined based on employment options, qualifications, experience, and location
