We are looking for a full-time licensed Physical Therapist to provide clinical coverage for our Lees Summit North, MO location. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients\' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy using a variety of techniques, including joint mobilization.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies.
• Monitor and document patients\' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice.
• Participate in marketing programs that educate patients on specific problems.
• Participate in key metric setting and follow up with goals set with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s, Master\'s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist or from a participating compact state.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Experience in orthopedics or sports physical therapy preferred.
• Specialized knowledge or experience in pediatrics/youth athletes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
