ATC Healthcare Services of Las Vegas is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This W-2 role offers flexible shifts, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to work in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across the area.

You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and nurses, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, set goals, plan discharges, and pursue ongoing education to stay current with advances in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy school recognized by the AMA Council on Medical Education.
• Active, unrestricted Nevada physical therapy license.
• Minimum one year of physical therapy experience; SNF/rehab preferred.
• Current CPR certification as required by facilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care: assess, implement, and re-evaluate plans of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to meet rehab goals.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and documentation.
• Set measurable goals and monitor progress over time.
• Assist in discharge planning and post-care instructions.

Your Role as a Physical Therapist (P.T.):

• Direct Patient Care: Develop, implement, and re-evaluate patients’ plans of care, helping them improve major motor skills.

• Collaborative Care: Work with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to support patients’ rehabilitation goals.

• Document Services: Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Evaluate and Establish Goals: Assess patients’ current abilities, set measurable goals, and track progress over time.

• Patient Discharge Planning: Assist in planning for patient discharge and provide instructions for continued care.

• Ongoing Education: Participate in continuing education programs to stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy school recognized by the Council of Medical Education of the A.M.A.

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted physical therapy license in Nevada.

• Experience: At least one year of physical therapy experience, with preference for experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings.

• Certifications: Current CPR certification as required by client facilities.

• Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical assessments and provide hands-on care to patients.
