Job summary

AccessHealth in Ohio is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in a collaborative setting.

You will perform thorough evaluations, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and document progress while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must hold a current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience in physical therapy or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and strategies for managing conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, plans, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current, valid state PT licensure or certification

CPR certification (preferred)
