Position

PHYSICAL THERAPIST – FULL TIME
Location: MAPLETON CARE, LAKEWOOD, CO
Schedule: Flexible, full time (32 hours weekly)
Pay: $36.00 – $50.00 hourly

Responsibilities

• Effectively screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing an appropriate plan of care in compliance with regulatory and clinical practice standards.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including, but not limited to, manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to the physical disorders.
• Provide comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided in accordance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
