Olympic Sports & Spine is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Lakewood clinic. The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care within a supportive, learning-focused culture that has served the community since 1984.

Hours are Mon–Fri, 4x10s or 5x8s, within 7:20 AM–6:00 PM. We offer a competitive salary plus an $8,500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K matching, health/dental/vision, HSAs/FSAs, 212–252 hours of PTO, and funds for continuing education and MedBridge

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• Current Washington State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status).

Hours are Monday - Friday 4x10s or 5x8s between 7:20 AM - 6:00 PM.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
2. Current Washington State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status).
