Job description

Physical Therapist Job in Kyle, TX

Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is hiring for a Physical Therapist job in Kyle, TX, and we’re looking for a clinician who wants meaningful patient work and a practice that respects both outcomes and your time. You’ll evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands‑on care that drives measurable results, without being rushed, micromanaged, or buried in admin work. If you care about delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based physical therapy in an environment that supports your growth, you’ll feel at home here.

Care Rooted in Community

Every member of the Peak team lives right here in Hays County, and that shapes how the clinic runs: greeting each patient as a valued individual, treating them with the same care you’d want for someone you love, and staying committed to bringing hope and recovery to the community. The clinic’s vision carries that standard into daily practice — a safe environment for patients and visitors, state‑of‑the‑art treatment aimed at addressing pain, restoring function, and optimizing long‑term health, and honesty and integrity in every interaction. Giving back to Hays County isn’t an afterthought here; it’s part of why the clinic exists.

Education is part of the culture too, delivered in a way that’s informative, open, and genuinely engaging for patients — and as a Physical Therapist, you’ll be a driving force behind that standard of care, not just one more provider moving through a schedule. That same educational mindset extends to your own development, since growth here is treated as an ongoing expectation, not a one‑time onboarding checklist.

A Clinician-First Practice

As a Physical Therapist at Peak, you’ll play a key leadership role in the clinic, and the patient‑to‑PT experience always comes first. Performance and outcomes are recognized and rewarded, and you’ll work within a collaborative, clinician‑focused culture supported by streamlined documentation and admin processes designed to keep you focused on patients rather than paperwork. Peak also invests in ongoing mentorship and professional development, so there’s a real path to sharpen your skills and build a long‑term career here rather than just fill a schedule.

Day to day, you’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, build and adjust individualized treatment plans as patients progress, and educate them on injury prevention and long‑term wellness. You’ll also collaborate closely with the rest of the team to support outcomes across the clinic, not just your own caseload — contributing to the overall standard of care at Peak, not just individual recoveries. It’s a role for someone who’s serious about improving lives, sharpening their own clinical skills, and building a long‑term career in a setting that actually backs that up.
