Physical Therapist - Pediatric Home Health

Location: Killeen

Schedule: Part‑time (10–24 visits per week) or Full‑time (25+ visits per week); Daytime and afterschool hours required.

• Prepare reports for patient evaluations, discharge planning, and team meetings.
