Physical Therapist Opportunities – Kansas

Schedule: PRN, Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: $40–$60/hour, depending on experience
Position Overview
We are currently recruiting Physical Therapists for several opportunities throughout Kansas. These positions offer flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, strong benefits, and the opportunity to work with a variety of patient populations in community-based healthcare settings.

Minneapolis, KS
- Hospital-based inpatient and outpatient setting
- PRN, part-time, or full-time schedules available
- Approximately 25 minutes from Salina
- Approximately 1.5 hours from Wichita
- Up to a $12,000 Career Bonus over the first three years

WaKeeney, KS
- Community hospital setting with inpatient, outpatient, and home health services

- Diverse patient population ranging from school-aged children to geriatric adults
- Varied caseload including neurological and orthopedic conditions
- Newly remodeled therapy space and close-knit team
- Approximately 30 minutes from Hays
- Up to a $12,000 Career Bonus over the first three years
Compensation & Incentives
- $40–$60/hour, depending on experience
- Up to a $12,000 flexible Career Bonus over the first three years, which may be used toward a sign-on bonus, retention bonus, student loan repayment, or professional development
- Additional relocation assistance available for qualifying candidates in St. Francis
Physical Therapist Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients based on individual needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Assist with the development and implementation of therapy programs
- Participate in departmental operations and team initiatives
- Provide patient and family education throughout the rehabilitation process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Physical Therapist license in Kansas or eligibility to obtain Kansas licensure
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
