LOCATION: JACKSONVILLE, FL   CLIENT: Kindred Hospital - Jacksonville Rehab Hospital   SETTING: inpatient rehab   START DATE: JULY start - will pay $80 rate for any provider starting in July -- let me know of any other start dates, please   GUARANTEE: 36 - confirming   ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13 weeks   REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: prefer 2 years of experience   STAFF: joining team   EMR: Protouch / Net Health   CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: 40 bed facility   SCHEDULE: M-F - 8 hour days   ADDITIONAL INFO: Has been open for a while - if you need a higher rate (low rate currently) let me know and I will see what I can do.
