Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Jacksonville is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation clinic in Jacksonville, FL.

You'll evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, neurological, and functional mobility conditions, developing individualized plans with mentorship and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
• Outpatient clinical experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practice.
• Treat orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurological, and functional mobility conditions.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, home exercise programs, and wellness.
• Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do

• Maintain outstanding patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain..
• Outpatient clinical experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a patient-centered approach.
