Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team providing in-home pediatric therapy in the Houston area. This PRN/part-time role offers flexible scheduling and pay starting at $70.00 per session.

As part of a collaborative team, you will support children in developing strength, mobility, coordination, and independence in their natural environments, with opportunities for professional growth and travel stipends.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Texas.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment.
• Passion for helping children reach developmental milestones.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy services in the home setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence.
• Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers to support progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration when appropriate.
