Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve ROM, strength, balance, and mobility.
• Conduct daily therapy sessions, including exercises, activities, and modalities as prescribed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Document patient progress, treatment notes, billing information, and discharge summaries.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy area with equipment and supplies.
