Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will deliver direct physical therapy services, assess patient needs, and develop personalized care plans that guide recovery from acute events to discharge.

You'll work in well-equipped gyms with the latest technology, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing education and advancement opportunities, all within a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients in need of rehabilitation.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
• Celebrate every victory along the way.
