Dan started as a student clinician at Madden and Gilbert PT in Spring 2012. He was then hired as a staff physical therapist in May 2012. He led a team of PTAs and PT Aides at the Madden and Gilbert Harrisburg location from 2012 until 2018. In 2018, he opened Madden & Gilbert PT in Dauphin, becoming the clinical director. After successfully growing the clinic, he transitioned back to the Harrisburg location to assume the clinical director role. He also became a partner of Madden and Gilbert PT in 2017. In addition to being a clinician, leader, and mentor, Dan has taught several courses in Lebanon Valley College’s DPT curriculum. He currently helps with teaching the Musculoskeletal I and II courses. He also teaches continuing education courses specializing in manual therapy techniques to clinicians across the country. He loves sharing his passion of manual therapy and knowledge with his team, helping them reach their full potential in the clinic and in life. In Dan’s spare time, he enjoys being outdoors hiking, spending time with his family, and watching sports.
