Job summary

ProActive Physical Therapy in Colorado is seeking a passionate physical therapist to join our outpatient team and improve patient outcomes through personalized care.

You will create individualized treatment plans, collaborate with colleagues, and document with a state-of-the-art EMR while upholding all regulatory standards. A doctoral degree in physical therapy and active state licensure are required, CPR certification preferred, with opportunities for growth and community involvement.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the APTA.
  • Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting.
